Sheffield University Netball Club

Welcome to Sheffield University Netball Club otherwise known as SUNC. We are a fun, friendly and dedicated team with currently around 60 members. As a club we have a great competitive spirit and strive to achieve in everything we do. Last year we had great success as our third team was promoted in the BUCS league and our first team took victory in the BUCS Northern Conference Cup. Within SUNC we have three teams that represent the university playing against other universities in the BUCS league. We also have a development squad with two teams that play weekly within the university against other societies. Both teams have regular training and fitness sessions, details of which can be found on the ‘training’ page of the website. Although we work hard we certainly know how to play hard as well with our famous socials taking place on a Wednesday evening after matches. This is a chance to go crazy with fancy dress, play ridiculous games and just have a great night out together!
